All global sales representatives of Unilever Food Solutions use the UFS Academy portal. This results in thousands of users that all have different learning objectives, needs and popular local products. Therefore, LiveWall Group collaborated with all country managers to customize the UFS Academy per country. Due to this customization it was possible to focus on the local needs of sales reps in different countries, which resulted in improved and more relevant learning journeys.
Billionare GameLiveWall developed this gamification module based on the popular Dutch TV show ‘Weekend Millionaire’. Sets of rotating questions were presented to the sales reps. Questions were based on the online courses that had been completed by the participants so far. Several helplines, which were also based on the TV show, were available to the participants. After the participants completed the game a leader board was presented based on country and global level.
In order to prepare the sales reps for real-life working situations LiveWall Group developed a sales simulation. Different sales situations were attractively visualised to the sales reps after which a set of choices were presented. Eventually the sales reps received online feedback based on their choices.
Unilever sells products to chefs worldwide. LiveWall Group developed an interactive world map in which the top 10 cuisines are presented. Descriptions and video content are presented to the user when they navigate through the world map.
Every country has its own popular products being used in hotels, restaurants, quick service restaurants (QSR) and school canteens. The Trend Tool shows the most relevant links to news updates and articles per sector and country. This allows line managers to quickly share new innovations related to the local work field of the sales reps, segmented based on hotel, restaurant, QCR and school canteen.
